Beavercreek

Located on the eastern side of Dayton, Beavercreek is a wooded environment boasting sought-after residential developments. The city itself is home to an estimated 45,000 residents, with the potential to develop unincorporated areas in the future.

This beautiful community is also near two important centers of employment and activity for the area. Nearby is Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and the civilian contractors that serve it. This makes Beavercreek a natural home for current and retired members of the military and defense communities.

Additionally, Beavercreek is home to the Mall at Fairfield Commons, an extensive traditional mall that serves as the center of a vibrant shopping, dining, and entertainment area.

Englewood

Among the northern suburbs of Dayton is Englewood, a community of approximately 14,000 residents. With a history rooted in agriculture and manufacturing this community offers many opportunities for its population.

The community is an active one, featuring bike and walking trails, the 2,000-acre Englewood Metro Park, eight additional parks and the Earl Heck Community Center. Englewood is also committed to making education accessible, as home to the Miami Valley Career Technology Center and a regional campus of Sinclair Community College.

Miamisburg

Located 8 miles south of Dayton is Miamisburg, a community of approximately 20,000 residents. The community is a growing one, offering a suburban lifestyle with easy access to major highways leading to Dayton, Cincinnati, Columbus and other areas.

The historic downtown area of Miamisburg is undergoing a revitalization, with public/private partnerships focusing on preserving the historic character of the area while creating a vibrant shopping, business and dining environment. The Parks and Recreation Division also hosts a number of programs and opportunities for everyone form children to seniors.

Centerville

In the southern suburbs of Dayton you will find Centerville, a picturesque community of approximately 24,000 individuals. Centerville has a rich history and a vibrant present.

One attraction that blends the old with the new is the 18th century farmhouse complex known as Benham’s Grove. A popular site for weddings, parties, art shows and meetings, Centerville residents greatly enjoy visiting this lovely property.

Residents of Centerville can also use the Washington Township Recreation Center, an expansive facility featuring two indoor swimming pools. Avid golfers will enjoy the Golf Club at Yankee Trace, a 27-hole championship facility.

Centerville is also a shopper’s paradise, with five shopping centers and more than 500 retailers ranging from one-of-a-kind local shops to national retailers.

Centerville is also proud of its school system, one of only 17 school districts in the state of Ohio to have earned an “Excellent” rating each year. The district offers opportunities from pre-K to high school, and it currently serves about 8,000 students.
